He initially worked as an IT Project Manager, then transitioned to become a Group Facilitator, Executive Coach, and Keynote Speaker. Yaron has been involved in leadership coaching, facilitating resilience workshops, and supporting organizational well-being in dynamic and uncertain environments. He holds certifications including the INSEAD Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change (EMCCC), an INSEAD Coaching Certificate (ICC), and a Group Facilitation Certification.
