Career Path: Animah career spans 24 years as a Malaysian advocate and solicitor, and counsel with the oil and gas industry covering most of South East Asia and India. With her lawyer’s mind she is advising organisations on workplace sexual harassment, bullying and a “speak up” culture, specifically training and group coaching focusing on mindset change, assessing an organisation’s “safe space culture” and facilitating risk assessments in light of emerging risks from employee silence. Animah also offers motivational talks, training and group coaching and coached youth in Malaysia on human rights and non-violent activism.
