Career Path: My professional journey progressed from being a teacher to Executive Search Consultant to HR Manager in Central Asia, to HR Support Manager, Eastern Europe (and later a wider geographical area from Norway to Laos), to an independent consultant working with leaders from a variety of industries around the world.
